Do People not have basic civic sense?

I am currently in a pvr cinema watching a movie at this odd hour. As expected only 4-5 seats were booked. I have booked a recliner. About 10-15 minutes into the 1st half a couple comes near the recliner. They had booked no 5,6 while I had 8. They asked to move down as they wanted some”privacy”. I obviously had paid for a recliner so I politely declined. After they settled I could hear them talking and giggling. About 5-10 min later with the corner of my eye, I noticed the girl go and sit on the lap of his bf. They weren’t make a lot of noise but I could hear faint voices. As am I typing this, the interval is going. As lights appear and I get up to go to the washroom, I see both of them one seat with their hands inside their partners’ clothes grabbing and making out. Noticing that the lights have been turned on, they quickly get up and the girl is back to her seat. Being the introvert I am, I don’t have the guts to tell them to stop. They are making loud noises but it is seriously making me uncomfortable. And how dumbfuck can u you be doing such things in a public movie theatre that to literally 2 seats away from someone sitting. The 2nd half is about to start and I won’t be able to take it anymore. Do I confront the couple of directly go to the staff for help.
