My iPad is stuck at the Apple logo

Since August of 2023 my iPad has been stuck at the Apple logo. I’ve tried doing everything people say to do but nothing has worked. It’s been over a year now and I have no idea what to do. I don’t want to have to go to a shop to fix it but if I really have to I might. If you have any advice I would really appreciate it. This iPad means a lot to me.
