Weekly Fitness Thread

Any fitness related topic is welcome. General non-specific fitness, Running, strongman, powerlifting, bodybuilding, Crossfit etc. I would like to keep it civil and keep the tribalism away as it is not productive.

I'm hoping people can post about weekly goals, food goals, weight loss/ weight gain goals.

Talk about their successes or failures for the week

If people who are new to fitness have any questions hopefully it can be a welcoming place for them to ask.

The last few weeks were very positive so hopefully that will continue to be the case.
