Driving sense of jaipur has gone down hill

The driving sense/capabilities of jaipurites is very bad nowadays. I just came back from Mumbai and Delhi but even they know how to overtake or just basic maneuvering. Past-covid the driving of Jaipur has gone really bad imo. Hope this improves in coming years
