Best questions to ask an interviewer?

It took me far too long to realize how important having questions for a prospective employer at an interview is, for showing interest and proactivity in understanding what the job entails

My last interview, I asked about what the on-boarding and training looked like for new hires, as the office has a very small team, and how does professional feedback look for them-- annual audits, weekly meetings, etc..
