kp? :(

Ive tried everything. Nothing worked! Exfoliating makes my kp worse. I have tried gold bond lotion, amlactin, sa cerave, eucerin, la roche posay lipikar cream, cetaphil, aveeno regular cream for dry skin, gold bond, first aid aha scrub and lotion, aveeno washes for dry skin, black african soap, even coconut oil and baby oil! Exfoliating gloves, loofah, korean towels. Ordinary glycolic acid. Retin a cream make mine worse and itchy. I give up :(
