Anyone pooping less?

Apologies for being crass. I've been on keto for close to a month now and I've noticed that I poop less frequently and even when I do it's much less.

Wondering if keto is playing into that at all or if it's just the caloric reduction (down from what i assume was over 2600 a day to 1600 consistantly). I know people have a tough time getting enough fiber in but I don't think that's been an issue for me.

Edit**

Thank you all for your wonderful responses. I do want to clarify I'm not experiencing discomfort and my stool isn't what I would consider to be too soft or too hard, just notible to me how much less frequent.

The less crap in less crap out makes a ton of sense to me.

Some made a note about urination and the frequency has dramatically improved as well on diet alone. I used to struggle to make it through a movie at the theather without the urge and I'm going about twice a day now with about a 120 Oz consumption of water!

I've been more diligent about measuring my blood sugar and hope to see a positive benefit there in the coming months as I continue to lose weight.
