Will New Jeans be trialed as adults?

So here’s a genuine question. This whole court thing would they be trialed as a whole or individually and would they be trialed as adults or minors? Bc to my knowledge 3/5 are 19+ and the other two are minors and they have individual contracts with Hybe so. What do you guys think? Im lowkey feeling crazy considering how confident they are about their stance and Hybe not doing much is reenforcing that but maybe its really is just a waiting game atp.
