Why is the superior CPU cheaper?

So I'm looking for a laptop and while looking at my choices I found these two lenovo laptops, which both have a 15.6" display, 16gb DDR4 RAM and prebuilt OS, but one has a Ryzen 7-5700U and the other a Ryzen 7-7730U. Although not a hardware guy I did my research and found that the latter is the better cpu of the two but I realized that the 5700U costs €1010 and the 7730U costs €650, although it also has more SSD (1TB over 512GB). Is there a catch? Am I missing something?
