Grub problems with grub customizer

Hello!

I recently installed Linux mint, everything went ok and I wanted to change how grub looked (I dual boot with window), I used grub customizer to change the options that appeared, it changed them but it also changed the names, I had installed a theme and it disappeared and the gray screen appeared again, and every time I tried to apply the theme it didn’t work. I deleted grub customizer because I thought that would fix it but it didn’t, is there any way I can fix it and customize grub again?
