Any way to unlock items in RPCS3?

I’m trying to create on lbp3 RPCS3 and am missing all of the previous items from lbp and lbp 2. Is there any way I can gain access to these objects/stickers etc quickly? I’ve tried playing a few levels that giveaway items but I’m still missing a few. Thanks.
