Error in Lightroom, need help

I have a MacBook Air 13 and I never had any issues with exporting my photos from Lightroom into a file. As of a few days ago this error message that says “you do not have permission to save files in “xxxxxxx”.” I’ve googled everything and I have enough storage in the Macintosh HD. I went into security and privacy and made sure adobe lightroom has access to files. It’s there and it has access. However, the files and folders in security and privacy does not let me choose an option to allow it access. I have no fucking idea what I’m doing wrong and everything on Google is not fixing it. I cleared cache and cookies. I even bought a SSD external hard drive to move all of my files in there to clear space and it still didn’t do anything. I’m so at a loss because I can’t save any of my edited photos. Someone please help me. This is my livelihood and I cannot figure it out for the life of me. Thanks!
