Is don draper the best tv character of all time?

I think t the Mount Rushmore for tv characters Tony soprano and Walter white is so close, that it’s interchangeable I personally can’t even make a decision cause it’s all right I would say I think Walter white is so well written but I personally think bb is overrated(still a top 5 show) so it’s hard to say Walter white for me.
