47, divorced 7 years and finally able to express myself in my space

After getting divorced in 2017, I’ve lived in an abandoned house on an air mattress to two different girlfriend’s homes to a camper to a furnished apartment to another rundown house. Finally on my feet and starting to thrive again. I’ve continued to have a respected professional career but sheesh, the living sitch has been a ride.

An original painting of a streetscape in my small hometown; a photo I took in Capital Reef National Park as a centerpiece behind the sofa and painted beam to match; centerpiece flanked by two self-carved linocut botanical block prints on homemade paper I got on a big date; one of my photos of the oldest continuously operating theatre in the US that’s in my hometown; and the three major trout species in my state by 2 artists+my own. I’m a biologist and environmental nonprofit director.

Considering changing photo frames and mat colors, as well as record cabinet color. Does this exhibit ADHD/OCD x natural history passion x stoner expression?

(Located in West Virginia. While Appalachia is a prideful heritage I also love the desert southwest.)
