This game has an INSANE thrower problem, it’s actually the worst I’ve ever seen. What causes this?

I’ve gotten constant people throw my ranked games because of beef they’ve had with another teammate in the last game. It’s CONSTANT. At least 20% of games someone throws. This is in high diamond, I can’t climb of out diamond because of throwers. I’m on the verge of deleting this game and going back to OW
