Was Matthew Murdock the lawyer of Uncle Ben in MCU?

I have a question that has been lingering in my head for years, Is there a chance of Matthew Murdock being Uncle Ben's lawyer? If we put the numbers correctly onto the calculation Uncle Ben should have die in 2015 - 2016, the year Nelson and Murdock started their bureau. Since the two started getting clients that has low income I think we can say that Nelson and Murdock should have been Ben Parker's lawyers.
