Haverhill Line Bradford Express Peak 204 Train is 25 minutes late... again

I resent paying full fare for a peak hours weekday express train that has been frequently delayed all winter and doesn't always get me to work on time even when I leave a buffer just in case. Winter happens in MA every year- why can't the MBTA adjust the schedule back for the winter if the trains are always going to be running late due to the cold? The next train doesn't get to North Station until 8:53AM- far too late for the hundreds of us who start work at 9AM and rely on this line to get to Boston from Lawrence, Andover, and Ballardvale.

I'd happily show up for a train that leaves 15-20 mins earlier for an increased likelihood that it will actually get me to North Station no later than 8:30AM.
