Doctor with no VA Experience

Hello po. I’m a licensed physician, just passed last October. Would like to ask lang po where to find medical VA jobs especially for those na walang any VA experience? I’ve looked online in several platforms and most need 1-3 years experience. It always puts me at a disadvantage.

Where to find po direct clients, what job descriptions yung best na isearch, and which platforms are the best? Thank you so much po.
