Blasts or no blasts?

Help me ID the cells the red arrows pointing at in this PBS. They have scant basophilic cytoplasm with obvious nucleoli, Lymphocytes or basophilic normoblasts? The second photo looks like myelocyte but not sure since there are so many abnormalities in each field for this patient.
