PLZ HELP ID A MOVIE

I vaguely remember a movie or show I watched when I was younger that had a severed woman’s hand with red nail polish. The hand crawled around and had a personality, being dramatic and I think it gets hurt??? It may be animated and it’s not a horror movie, might be for kids. Plzzz it’s killing me
