Will there be a next Sabrina Carpenter?

I'm an A&R in Nashville, TN. and there are many young country singer/songwriters who are shifting their sound to a disco pop sound to channel Sabrina Carpenter. My thought is, will this be a sound that has space for more artists to join in, or do we think that Sabrina cornered that sound and we're looking for the next thing, whatever that might be?

Second question, if you're an A&R, are you trying to get the short term revenue from the run off of artists who can scoop some of the Sabrina fan base, or are you holding out for the next thing before signing anything new?
