What are some scary albums which aren't intense but are eerie?

I'm looking for albums that sound eerie, or perhaps paranormal. I'm not looking for albums that use stuff like screams or loud grotesque sounds (not looking for stuff like The Downward Spiral, Caligula, Soundtracks for the Blind etc). Not looking for black metal albums.

Does anyone have any good suggestions?
