What was the first Switch experience like?

I didn't follow Nintendo when the first Switch came out so I'm curious on how the Switch experience went.

1. Were tickets rare? Like did you find that most people didn't get a ticket or did it feel like everyone did?

2. Were there a lot of people there?

3. Was it hectic? Did you feel like you were rushed and you didn't have time to look at everything?

4. Did you get the amount of time you were promised?

5. What exactly will they do? Is it all first hand experience or did they also talk to everyone as a group
