New painter looking for feedback

I'm a month into using oil paints, but long-time hobby artist. So far I've taken one four-week oils class and approximately 10 hours of YouTube instruction. My process is typically draw, block out values, add layers lean to fat.

I struggle with rushing details, and am open to constructive criticism or pointers. Thanks in advance.
