80 Wire IDE Cable - OG Xbox

I’ve recently upgraded my OG Xbox to a 2Tb SATA HDD, which requires an 80 wire IDE cable, which is easy enough to find.

I had 2 of these cables, but the connectors were on the wrong side. I attempted to flip one of the connectors and failed. I’m currently using the other cable, but it is a mess to get it to connect to the DVD Drive and the HDD…

Does anyone have a supplier or link to one of these custom 80 wire IDE cables with the connectors on the same side as the stock 40 wire IDE cable?

I’m based in the UK but happy to pay for cross-seas postage 😊
