Failed screening for my native language.

I've tried a long text, appears nobody likes that so here is a simplified summary.

as the title says I failed the onboarding screening test for my native language because, at first for some technical reason it appeared to be english so I had to answer questions in English despite them being in my language which later turned out to be my native language.

So far no response from support or any of the topics I've made here.

What-should-I-do? A piece of valuable advice would be really appreciated. I just want to do some honest work.
