Paver Patio flubbed up or not?

Paver patio install flubbed up or not?

I live in MN and had a crew put in a paver patio and I’m worried it’s not right. They used class 5, 3/8 granite sand, 16x16 stamped brick pavers, and polymeric sand on top. 1. The slope seems to be toward the house 2. It seems wavy 3. The edge of the pavers are above ground 4. Do the pavers need edging to keep them from sliding around? 5. Do I fill in with dirt and grass and if so, do I slope it up to meet the top of the paver or let it stick up? 6. Do you fill polymeric sand all the way to the top of the paver? I think I have to fill in more.

I’m worried I wasted $5k!
