“Not Wedding” Venues

I was supposed to get married in June of this year. Long story short my fiancé got pregnant and we decided to get married while on our baby moon in Vegas. Our original plan was to just go ahead with the wedding as we already paid a deposit on a venue and pushed the date back a year. Now that my son is born, the idea of keeping the wedding there and paying $50,000+ is just not appealing.

We’ve decided it’ll be better to just eat the deposit and throw a party to celebrate our love. We are looking for some venues to have our “not wedding”. Anyone have any suggestions?
