Incidents can happen. Absolutely no communication to your customers is an other thing

I have been with playstation for more than a decade. I love the console, I love the exclusive games. But the communication was always sony's weakest side.

I understand the "what should I do know, touch some grass" funny comments on this outage, but we paid for a service which is unavailable for more than 13 hours now, and we didnt get any reasonable communication from sony. After the 2011 incident it is quite confusing. And these kind of psn outages got multiplied in the last few years.

This is the first time I think about leaving playstation. I wont, but if sony keeps doing this absolute unacceptable behavior, I have to...
