My partner’s mother just tested positive for COVID and I am freaking out.

He spent Christmas Eve with her and he started feeling sick yesterday. I was not at that Christmas Eve celebration but have been with him 24/7 since then.

I’ve had a minor sinus infection since last week so we first thought I had passed him whatever cold virus caused that. I tested negative for COVID Monday but obviously that test is irrelevant for this situation.

He’s going to get tested right now and so will I.

But now does this mean he should quarantine from me?!

I am only 5+1 but having a major freak out.
