Peaceful place to stay in Pune if you've WFH

I have work from home and once in two month I have to go to office for which I have to take flight. I am staying in Wakad, but now thinking to change and stay somewhere where it is peaceful, but has no or less electricity/water problem.

If given choice, what area would you prefer, even outskirt of Pune would work.
