Antisemitism, why do people hate Jews?

I hear a lot of people say that Jews are hated because they’re a successful minority, that they’re wealthy and powerful and people historically hate them solely for that fact. But is this really the reason why?

I’m not antisemitic and I have no hate towards jews in any way, I’m just confused as to why people have all this hate towards them, I’d appreciate some insight if anyone’s educated in this topic.

Also, I’ve heard some people say that one of the bigger reasons why people hate them is because Jews are one of the more polarising religious groups in relation to Jesus and other messianic figures. Because of the fact that Jews reject Jesus, that alienates them from religions like Christianity and Islam. This is part of why the Arab world hates them, and Christian’s and Muslim’s tend to unite against them. Is there any truth to that?

Again, I’m not antisemitic, I don’t hate Jews, and I’m not even particularly educated on the topic, it just has me confused and I’m curious to hear some answers.
