Ultra runners with 9-5 jobs - tell me your stories

Hey guys!

I've got a question for ultra runners who do at least a few races during the year (so in general, competitive ultra runners), but are not professional runners, i.e. runners with 9-5 jobs, families, and so on.

How do you manage to squeeze in all the training? To compete in this discipline you have to put in a lot of KMs per week and also (ideally) hit a gym at least once a week.
