Cannot ejaculate with a partner no matter what

I usually don’t have issues climaxing when I am by myself(although it does happen sometimes) but I have never once been able to orgasm with another parter. No matter what they are doing, or even if I’m using my hand I just can’t cum. It’s extremely frustrating and I’m in my 20s and I don’t want to miss out on this part of my life. I’ve heard of death grip syndrome, I don’t think it’s that because I am able to cum with a variety of toys and techniques. I was put on antidepressants at a very young age, I have been off of them for probably 6 years but I blame them for my issue. I really don’t know what to do.
