uncircumcised penis not staying hard in a condom?

i’ve been seeing this guy and we just had sex for the first time, but it was underwhelming… i don’t have much experience with uncircumcised penises but he wasn’t able to stay hard with wearing his condom. he said it was because of the skin going back up to the tip. he buys skyn condoms.

i just wonder what else we could do for him to… stay hard? condom tricks? advice?
