Ulala Express

I recently ordered a part for my car (from a Chinese company). It made it to my city fine, and I'm assuming they use 3rd party couriers to actually deliver things. They attempted to deliver my item to our shop at 21:51hrs (according to the tracking data) on December 1, tracking info now just says "first delivery attempt" and its now been 12 days since. I cant get ahold of the shipping company via email or phone and the people I bought from just tell me to wait for their next delivery, whatever that means. Anyone have any experience with this Ulala Courier/Shipping company?

Update: After 2 months since ship date, and 1.5months since my parcel arrived in my city, it finally showed up. I wasn't the one to receive it unfortunately so i wasn't able to get any info from the driver on the company.
