Sims 4 Glitch

Does anyone know what’s causing this glitch? I have searched here and have seen that it could be caused by the “no ea lash”, sliders, or presets.

It happened to both my toddler and her, but the toddler looks normal now but she still looks like this.

I have now removed ALL sliders, lashes, skin overlays, & body presets but she still looks like this.

She has been like this for about a month now.
