Leaving Mumbai, Rebuilding a Dream – My Baking Journey in Bangalore.

A decade ago, a humble oven found its way into my home kitchen, unknowingly sparking a journey that would change my life. As I explored the world of baking, I realized I didn’t quite enjoy egg in desserts—so I set out to create indulgent, melt-in-your-mouth treats that stayed true to my taste. Then came my obsession with the New York baked cheesecake, a dessert that captivated me. After countless experiments (and quite a few flops), I finally cracked the perfect eggless version. When my friends and family insisted it was the best cheesecake they’d ever had, their encouragement gave me the push to start my home bakery—without a name, just a heart full of passion. One cheesecake turned into many, my menu grew, and now, my little dream has a name—Enchanted Crumbs. As I settle into Bangalore, leaving behind my roots in Mumbai, I’m excited to bring my bakes to a new home, to new people.
