Saudi Snooker Championship broadcasting?

Is this strange Riyadh Season Snooker Championship going to be broadcast anywhere? Initially I thought I saw that it's going to be on Eurosport but now articles say the broadcasting is "yet to be announced".

Isn't it strange that there's no broadcaster (yet) and little publicity of the event? Is it possible it won't be on TV at all? I assume it will at least be on Matchroom?
