Can you sell ship parts from Salvage missions?

I recently did my first salvage mission and I spend alot of time pulling off the guns, missiles and internal ship parts. I don't remember what guns they were but the internal ship parts were:

Odyssey
DayBreak
5MA Chimalli

I ended up insta dying upon landing in the hangar, RIP. Can you sell these? If so where? Is it worth it to sell ship parts or should I get right to scrappin'
