Hi all - I wanted to post as I just found this subreddit and it's a little quiet. I am not super into the other social channels.
I have been doing SP since January. Took a break in March for a couple month due to distractions (Global Pandemic), but started back more consistently than ever in late May.
I just started getting within time cap range doing (mostly) Rx. Yay!! I have a lot of weight to lose while also wanted to build strength and stamina. 6'0", 250lbs. My measurements have gone down substantially this last month but I weigh the same, so I know I am building.
Anyways, loving my garage these days. Hope everyone is safe and having fun.
