Heads up for physics and chemistry as a psychology freshman

I'm an incoming college student who graduated as a HUMSS student. Hindi po na cover ang physics during my senior high school years, and I want to know lang po, what are the topics for general physics and chemistry? Mag aadvance study lang po ako para mahanda ko sarili ko. Mostly, physics po talaga ang nagreready ako since I'm bad at math. Please and thank you po in advance!
