Little RollBack every game

In the lobby I have 30-40ms (EU), when I'm in game, I have Little Roll back consistenly... Very noticable when I dash for instance... I don't understand.

I play other games (Hots, OW..) and have 0 ping/ms issue.
I just wanted to know if the problem is on my side or not ? I'm the only one ? Is it an issue that is known ?

Felt in love with the game at first, but now, I feel like it's hard to enjoy it with this issue ^.^
