Seeking inspiration how one might interpret this Tower card
Okay, so I lowkey love the Tower card, and it usually speaks to me very clearly in whatever reading it comes up in, but that is when the card actually depicts the tower falling!
This one is a bit of a mystery to me, and it’s bothering me because it’s missing the earth-shattering movement that I’m used to! This is like moments before that fall, a beast of the fates stalking you in the background….
Often I might read this card as walls breaking down because of the crack, or sometimes it even gives me a feeling of hiding yourself. The themes that it speaks to me are very much in line with seeing/admitting the truth or in turn denying it or running away from it. I also see the owl as a symbol of wisdom, maybe a deep knowing that we have but might not want to acknowledge.
I do know that those are themes that can be included in the traditional images too, but this one (to me) is missing the ”shattering change” aspect, since the image is very still.
