Monitor (EX3501R) doesn't turn on anymore

My BenQ EX3501R that I bought in mid 2019 started having some issues at around Christmas time, where it needed multiple cycles of pressing the power button to turn it off/on again before it turned on properly.

Whenever it's supposed to be turned on, there is a preview of the background and whatever the monitor is supposed to show that's visible for about 0.1-0.2 seconds. After that, the monitor goes back to black and stays like this. The Power Button's LED remains on, so it's getting at least a bit of power.

OSD doesn't show either and whenever you change any settings in windows, it does the same show-and-turn-off cycle.

When it was still working, I tried to install the most up-to-date firmware but that didn't help.

The past few days it turned on after ~10 cycles, now (even after about 50 cycles) it stays off.

I've tried holding the power button down for 10s, I've unplugged everything and plugged it back in, and am not sure how to proceed. It's my secondary display but it's got a majority of the screen real estate so I can use my PC but it's not a nice experience.

Any suggestions as to what might help are highly appreciated. Thanks!
