Wake on Lan not working

Greetings fellas (warning I'm not a native speaker XD),

I want to use wake on lan on my computer via wolskill on my alexa dot. I already set it all the way up to shut down my pc. But I can't start it over the alexa voice control.

Things I already done:

-updated my network adapter -set up the bios power management to wake up over pci-e and intel lan -disabled the drp power management -set up in the network properties wake up when receiving magic packets -disabled fast boot

Does anyone have the same issue or has enough knowledge to help me?

BTW. Mainboard is a msi z 390 a pro
