Mic Issues please help

I've checked my input and output devices, they're correct. I've restarted my computer multiple times, I've set both input and output to something else and switched back to the correct options. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I still keep getting this message "There was a problem connecting to voice chat please try again later." I can't hear game chat and when I click the push to talk button it doesn't show me as talking. Yes I've also tried open mic. Yes I've tried changing the push to talk to a different key. Yes I've checked my sound settings on the game and my PC this is the only game I've been having issues with. Anybody know how to fix it? And yes voice chat is enabled.
