Unable to play on any resolution other than native.

I found the UI was too small and the neighborhood view too cropped, so I attempted to play on 800x600 instead, only for this to happen when I open the game. Apologies for camera recording, for some reason this glitch doesn't show up in screenshots. (ignore the blue line on the top left, it's a monitor issue. Unrelated to the game. Also pardon my terrible camera quality.
