Money in The Witcher 3

I love the witcher 3, but when there is one thing, that's bothering me, it's the imbalance of how much money you can make in dicferent ways.

I feel like 90% of my money comes from selling weapons I picked up from bandits. I would love my money to come from witcher contracts primarily though. Is there a mod you can recommend, that allows you to control (or just changes) the amount of coin you'll get from witcher contracts?

I think selling swords should be nerfed to 30% of the current revenue and witcher contracts should be tripled at least...I mean I hunt monsters and free a whole village of them, and all I get is 250 coin which I get from selling 1 sword I randomly picked up somewhere. I'd expect killing monsters to be worth at least 800.
