Intensity and volume consistently decreased after this change
I wanted to share this here in case it’s of interest to any of you. I’ve noticed that my tinnitus has been steadily decreasing in volume and intensity in the past few weeks since consciously working on my stride. I started doing this because of chronic ankle and heel pain when waking and immediately saw results there. Unexpectedly, I’ve also seen some improvement in my tinnitus. So I am sharing here in case you’re interested in improving how you walk, especially if you strike with the heel first. Not saying it’s necessarily related (but who knows!), this is just something that I’ve noticed in myself. This is the video that taught me how to properly walk: https://youtu.be/3iLJ0frWE9E?si=y
